Liz Mac is an illustrator from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, whose claim to fame is creating fake film posters in an iconic 1960s style. Her main influences are Bob Peak, Darwyn Cooke, and Bruce Timm. She loves to talk all things art and Star Trek - her proudest career moment was illustrating William Shatner for Canadian Geographic Magazine!
A local artist success story, Liz Mac now operates her own art studio on Wentworth Street in Downtown Dartmouth. The reason she opened her studio? "Working around a cat is like working around many small house fires."
